@cogecohelps Thanks for your message. Can you advise as to approx timing for service to be restored? Yesterday, your website showed two times for service to be restored. Today, the website shows 2 more open tickets for the same issues in the same area - estimating both 12:15pm and 7:18pm?

@cogeco Can you advise for those in the Oakville Lakeshore Rd W area near Appleby College, when internet/cable/phone services will be restored? Power was restored to that area last night. Bell customers in the area had services restored right away. Cogeco customers are still waiting.

@cogecohelps Still no cable, internet services to Cogeco customers around the Appleby College/Lakeshore Road area. Bell customers had their services come back on as soon as power was restored yesterday. Please advise as to the issue for Cogeco customers and expected time to restore services.

@Oakvillehydro Yes there’s been a downed tree at Morden Rd and Lakeshore Rd since early afternoon today. The power still remains out. Any update as to timing for power restoration would be appreciated. Thank you!
