President Trump just kicked CNN, MSNBC and other FAKE NEWS outlets from ever entering the White House during his term. Maybe that day is finally approaching.

In 2012, Barack Obama signed the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act which effectively nullified the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948. This laid the groundwork for the legalization of the endless mainstream media propaganda littering the Electro-Static airwaves today.

Here's a clip of C-SPAN discussing it as well as Operation MOCKINGBIRD and of course one host host dismissed it as "Conspiracy Theories" but her co-host next to her decided to drop Truth bombs on C-SPAN:

Long before the 20th century, Robert Owen tried a utopian community at New Harmony in 1825.
The political movement that followed was shaped by Terre Haute’s Eugene V. Debs. A railroad worker and union organizer, Debs turned toward socialism after the 1894 Pullman Strike.
In 1901, more than 100 delegates gathered in Indianapolis’s Masonic Hall, sang the “Marseillaise,” and founded the Socialist Party of America, with Debs as its leading voice.

German immigrant workers in Indianapolis and railroad labor across the state gave the new party its first foothold in the heartland. Debs would go on to run for president five times under the Socialist banner, carrying Indiana’s working-class hopes onto the national stage.

Sandy Berger, Clinton’s National Security Advisor, stole highly classified 9/11-related documents from the National Archives and walked with a misdemeanor, no jail, and a fine.

In 2003, while preparing Clinton administration witnesses for the 9/11 Commission, Berger made multiple visits to a secure Archives reading room. He removed copies of Richard Clarke’s Millennium After-Action Review , a classified assessment of how the Clinton White House handled al-Qaeda threats around the 1999–2000 millennium plots, including recommendations that were never fully implemented.

He stuffed documents in his clothing, hid four of them under a construction trailer outside the building after checking that no one was watching, later retrieved them, cut three copies into pieces with scissors at his consulting office, and threw them away. When first confronted he lied. Archives staff had already grown suspicious of his behavior.

In April 2005 Berger pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor: unauthorized removal and retention of classified material. The Bush Justice Department agreed to a plea that recommended no prison time and a $10,000 fine. A magistrate judge later raised the fine to $50,000, added two years of probation and 100 hours of community service, and barred him from classified access for three years. He served no jail time.

Prosecutors said copies existed and the 9/11 Commission received the substance of the report. A later House investigation noted Berger had been left UNSUPERVISED with original, INVENTORIED terrorism files from Clarke’s office on earlier visits, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to know with certainty that nothing else disappeared.🤔

A former NSA who understood the rules better than almost anyone treated the Archives like a self-serve library, destroyed evidence, and received what many called a slap on the wrist. That is the record.
