Our brewery yeast project is now wrapped up, with all the liquid now casked.

Although the whisky won't be ready for a good few years, you can buy into the project on @stillincask, where you'll receive 4x10cl new make samples at cask strength in the early new year, plus 4x20cl whisky samples once the liquid has matured.

This whisky was aged in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead, so our smooth and creamy new make has been influenced with classic flavours of dried fruit, with a hint of leather/tobacco, some nuttiness and a sweetness from the sherry.
