Since we’re halfway through the year, here are four of my favorite games released so far in 2026:

Trails Beyond the Horizon is easily my favorite entry in the Calvard Arc. The story, characters, and world-building were incredible, and I can’t wait to see where the series goes next

Monster Hunter Stories 3 is a good evolution of the series with charming monster collecting, memorable adventures, and plenty of reasons to keep exploring and i enjoyed it beginning to end

Pragmata is such a special game to me. The unique atmosphere, intriguing story, and creative gameplay made it an unforgettable experience

Pokopia is probably one of the games that surprised me this, pure comfort gaming. It’s charming world, relaxing gameplay, and lovable style made it one of the most enjoyable games I’ve played this year
