The Club is deeply saddened by the tragic and senseless passing of Katie Tangey.

Katie was a lifelong supporter of the club and a much-loved member of Bulldogs Pride.

Just a PSA - if you see an ad like this, the owner has probably just bought the property and is trying to get a first homeowners grant despite not using the property as their primary place of residence. You can report this to your state revenue office if you’d like because that’s illegal. Landlords already have enough tax subsidies, they don’t need to fraudulently claim more.

Also cash rentals are generally a red flag, and also also, you cannot be asked to pay more than 2 weeks rent in advance in NSW.
The owner wanting to keep utilities in their name is also very much a red flag.

Also this is defs not $640 a month, it’s per week.

@RyanSheales @VLine @vline_bendigo To be fair, I would love if V/line actually did this regularly (announced quiet carriage expectations over PA). We use it for a reason, and making passengers enforce the rule is silly and futile 🤷🏼‍♀️
