What’s going on @TMobileHelp@TMobile ? The service today is absolutely horrible. Every time I watch a real it starts buffering and then freezes. And every time I go to a site, it takes forever to load.

@WAGSocialCare@Walgreens I’m appalled at your pharmacy. Truly unacceptable!!! I could spit venom. I sat in the drive thru for 45 mins then get told that she “has to start this over and to get back in line.” I said absolutely not. She told me to come in.

Stay away from getting help from @XfinitySupport on FB. Talk about the bottom of the barrel of helping your customer. They did a simple troubleshooting, said contact me in 24 hours if there are more problems, the issue is still here and you’re not even listening to me.

@AskKlarna I am extremely disappointed and appalled of the customer service agent. I talked to you today. He was providing no solutions for me just for kept repeating the same thing over and over. This is the lowest form a customer service I’ve ever worked with.
Why are you not asking your supervisor to help me? Why are you not submitting an IT ticket to look into? there are multiple things this person could be doing to help your customer and instead it’s like talking to a brick wall. I am truly appalled.
But his responses you need to call them. I told him you need to come up with an alternative solution since you can’t refund me for the most recent month of my plus membership. But the response is you need to call Trans Union.
