@sstaffordtweet Those are good points thanks. But there are good reasons to have that requirement. There could be historical districts that need protecting, or product controls to ensure the painters do an adequate job for the residents. Can also assist with maintaining home values.

@llmtaxguy Yes, I was, and yes there is. IMO (thanks for asking) all elected officials should be held to the same standard (unify, not divide), but I'll allow for them to call out criminals and bullies. I see that as standing up for the collective, not as dividing them.
