Well I'm glad you asked. The same way we've enforced them all along.

First, the women using those spaces will protect each other and tell any men to get out.

Second, if men won't get out, those women will complain to the service provider. If the service provider can't or won't do anything about it, the police will be contacted.

Exactly as it has always been done.

But nobody ever needed to ask before because everyone used to know that men have to respect women's boundaries.

Until very recently, nobody had been hoodwinked into thinking that women having boundaries that exclude men is bad.

It will be enforced by women not taking this shit any more.

The Gender-Critical or "TERF" Position is a materialist analysis of sex, gender, and women’s rights. It is not a theory of hatred toward trans-identified people. It is a claim about the importance of sex as a real, human, and materially significant category in law, language, medicine, safeguarding, sport, and feminism.

Trans activists often misrepresent the views of GC feminists, sex realists and TERFs becaue honesty would cause them to lose the argument.

The following is an attempt to represent my position as a gender critical, sex realist and radical feminist precisely so it is easier to see when that view is being intentionally misrepresented and/or understood by bad faith representatives of trans activism.

I know my own position better than anyone. Bad faith is presuming to tell me what my own position is in order to discredit me. That's worse than a strawman, and the main tactic of gender essentialist activism.

Here is my actual position: the only position I need to defend:

1. Sex is real and materially significant

Sex in human beings is not an identity, a feeling, a role, or a personality type. It is a reproductive and developmental category: male and female are the two human sex classes that are the means of human reproduction. Male is the sex class organized around the development of small, mobile gametes and female is the sex class organized around the development of large, immobile gametes.

This does not mean every person is fertile, typical, or currently capable of reproduction. Infertility, menopause, hysterectomy, castration, DSDs, injury, age, or illness do not erase sex. Sex is not a human performance and there is no standard for sex beyond teproductive role. Sex is a human condition and an innate, immutable attribute of the human body.

Gender-critical feminists reject the idea that sex is “assigned at birth” in the sense of being invented, guessed, or arbitrarily imposed by authority. In ordinary cases, sex is observed and recorded. Even in rare, extraordinary cases with ambiguous secondary sex characteristics, with modern instrumentation, the primary atrribute of sex is observable at the definitive level beyond the crude level of external genitalia at the cellular level.

2. Women are female human beings

In this framework, “woman” means an adult human female. “Girl” means a juvenile human female.

This definition does not depend on femininity, beauty, clothing, sexual behaviour, reproductive capacity, compliance, heterosexuality, or conformity to stereotypes. A woman can be masculine, feminine, lesbian, bisexual, heterosexual, celibate, infertile, disabled, old, young, gender-nonconforming, or medically atypical. She remains a woman because she is female.

The position is therefore not that women must look, act, dress, think, or feel a certain way. It is the opposite: women should be free from the sex-based stereotypes traditionally imposed on female people.

3. Gender is not sex

Radical feminism distinguishes sex from gender.
Sex refers to the embodied, biological male/female distinction.
Gender refers to the social roles, stereotypes, expectations, behaviours, and hierarchies imposed on people because of sex.
Gender-critical feminism does not seek to preserve gender roles. It seeks to abolish their coercive power.

A feminine male does not become female. A masculine female does not become male. No one should have to change sex category, medically alter their body, or adopt a new identity to be allowed to reject sexist expectations.

Vic Liberal Leader @JohnPesutto has been found GUILTY of defaming @MoiraDeemingMP.

⚖️ The Court found Pesutto made defamatory imputations via multiple publications that Moira is unfit to belong to the Victorian Parliamentary Liberal Party and Liberal Party because she knowingly associates/sympathises with neo-Nazis and white supremacists, as a result of her involvement with the 2023 #LetWomenSpeak Rally in Melbourne.

⚖️ The Court found that the imputations coupled with her expulsion has caused, or is likely to cause, serious harm to her reputation.

⚖️ Pesutto’s defences of public interest, honest opinion and common law qualified privilege all failed, and the Court found that the defence of contextual truth does not arise.

⚖️ The Court concluded that Moira should be awarded $300,000 for non-economic loss and did not make an award for aggravated damages.

⚖️ The upshot of all this is that @angijones, @ThePosieParker, and all the other women who attended the rally have also been definitively cleared of Pesutto’s abhorrent Nazi slurs.

Congratulations Moira and thank you 🥳💜

Not only did you stand up for yourself and your family, but against the intimidation and silencing of ALL women who dare speak out about the sex-based rights of women and girls and the harm to kids being wrought by radical gender ideology.

I am grateful to God for this outcome, to the Court for its careful and prompt consideration of my case and to my lawyers whose dedication, expertise and integrity is unmatched.

The Judge found that I was defamed in five separate publications and that each of those also caused serious harm to my reputation. Every single one of Mr Pesutto’s defences, failed.

This judgment is a public acknowledgment that there was never any justification- legal, moral or political - for what the Opposition Leader did to me and to my family.

The organisers and attendees of the 2023 Melbourne “Let Women Speak” Rally did nothing wrong and it is shameful that they were treated without fairness or respect by so many in public office.

I will continue to fight for the rights of parents, women and children - and I know I won’t be alone.

I am pleased with this result and relieved to have been vindicated. It has been an incredibly tough 22 months for me and my family but I can now start to move forward with the judgment today clearing my name.

Thank you to everyone who stood by me and defended me despite personal and political differences and regardless of the cost – friends, strangers, opponents, Liberal members and colleagues. All the high-profile opinion columnists who've been running nonstop apologia for Israel's criminality and encouraging the west to support even further aggressiveness.

Reporters who refer to Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Shia militias in Iraq and Syria as "Iran-backed" but never refers to the Israeli military as "US-backed".

Everyone who helps frame the Biden administration as a passive and reluctant witness to Israel's mass atrocities instead of a willing and active participant.

Everyone who called Israel's invasion of Lebanon a "limited ground operation" after ridiculing Russia for calling its invasion of Ukraine a "special military operation".

Everyone who framed the pager bombings and assassination strikes in Lebanon as heroic achievements of extraordinarily sophisticated intelligence when they'd be shrieking their lungs out if a nation like Iran or Russia did anything similar.

Everyone who helps lend credence to the false narrative that opposition to Israeli murderousness is indicative of an epidemic of "antisemitism" in our society.

All the mass media staff who helped manufacture public consent for the horrors we've been watching in the middle east are just as responsible for what happens there as the people who are physically inflicting the violence.

They may as well have dropped the bombs and launched the missiles themselves.

They may as well have pulled the triggers on the sniper rifles that shot all those Palestinian children in the head.

They may as well have personally inserted those iron rods into the anuses of Palestinian prisoners.

The propagandists of the western press are just as essential to maintaining the western-backed atrocities that Israel is committing as the Israeli military itself.

No matter how much you despise these psychopathic manipulators, it's less than they deserve.

An infallible recipe for poor mental health and lifelong unhappiness is believing that unless the entire world validates your self-perception, it hates you. If you move through life telling yourself that unless you can force other people to play along you'll 'be 'erased', if the slightest hint that another person doesn't see you the way you've labelled yourself feels like an attack on your very existence, your life will be spent in a state of miserable insecurity and fragility.

Would I like to 'let go' of my femininity? Willingly; femininity is the set of stereotypes imposed on women by men. Would it 'make me feel like dying'? Of course it wouldn't.

Vulnerable young people are being harmed by your kind of hyperbolic language, which promotes the lie about the inevitability of suicide among the gender-questioning unless they're given often irreversible medical interventions. Rhetoric like this flies in the face of everything we know about mitigating suicide risk among those with mental health issues and it's particularly gruesome when done by self-congratulatory people on Twitter whose banner picture is 'be kind'.

And certainly not without permission.
