@collectsideshow also told that the best the company will do is refund us our money... After waiting a year for product?!!! In 30 years this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Hand down... Very disappointing.

Never trust comic advise from someone that just stepped into the game several years ago, and does it for pure investment in lieu of sincere passion.
