@SenWarren Texas has permanency laws which limits the time a child can spend in foster placement before they are either reunited with their parent or an adoption must take place. As long as the parent remains incarcerated past that benchmark there will only be one option. #babysnatch

@adopteelaw I agree! I gave birth to a son who was later adopted by my second husband. I had to adopt him also. Took forever and a legal name change for my son to get his birth name back.
