Today, we gave @Reuters management some food for thought – we collectively took our lunch break to take a stand for a fair contract including wage increases that recognize our value.

They want us to accept merit raises but it’s a system that’s unfair and highly flawed.We deserve more than crumbs. Without us, there is no @Reuters.

Today, we gave @Reuters management some food for thought – we collectively took our lunch break to take a stand for a fair contract including wage increases that recognize our value.

Case in point: It took management five months to come up a half of a percent to where they are now – a 1 percent wage increase.

@Reuters We will not allow management to hold contract bargaining hostage in an effort to shut all of us out of the process. We are letting @Reuters management know what we think about their tactics and so far we have sent more than a hundred reply-all emails.
