@ThisIsDelis This can be true for some companies . In my case when that happens, I offer my advice anyway and wait. In most instances, after they hit a roadblock, they come back to your expertise. I see that as a win. With time, they don’t challenge you anymore.
@DerronEShort This happens a lot in my part of the world. Sometimes, I think, the mothers pour the love and attention they should be giving to their husbands into their sons because the husbands are not loving enough or aren’t available. The resulting issue is what we have here
