When people talk about the Christa Pike case, we should never lose sight of the real horror: what happened to Colleen Slemmer. In 1995, 18-year-old Christa Pike, along with Tadaryl Shipp and Shadolla Peterson, lured 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer to an isolated area in Knoxville, Tennessee. Colleen was brutally attacked and tortured before she was murdered. A pentagram was carved into her chest, and Pike later took a piece of Colleen’s skull as a trophy. That is horrific. As Christians involved in deliverance and spiritual warfare, we must be careful not to become fascinated with darkness while forgetting the human beings who suffered because of evil actions. Colleen Slemmer was not merely a name in a notorious murder case. She was a young woman whose life was violently taken from her. When discussing cases involving occult symbolism, Satanism, or claims of demonic influence, our attention should never glorify the perpetrators or sensationalize evil. We should remember the victim, recognize the reality of human responsibility, and point people toward the light of Jesus Christ. “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.” — Ephesians 5:11 #ChristaPike

If you want to learn deliverance ministry the right way, this is the class. This is not a self-paced video course with no one on the other side. It is a live class, taught personally by me. You can watch all the online courses you want. Nothing replaces doing the work with an instructor in the room. If you are a pastor, or you are starting a ministry and you want to be equipped, not just informed, this class is for you. https://t.co/ETo0OANB43
