@RocksonSoul1 Very well but the fact here is Ashanti region is not the highest gold producing region which she got it wrong.
The royalties is not for only infrastructural development but if we can be truthful Otumfo is on person who believes in Human resource development.

1. Ashanti region is not the highest gold producing region in Ghana.
2. Otumfo don’t owe any mining company, the minerals act states it clear that every mineral is for the government so Otumfo only receives royalties.
