Charge less. As an RIA I can charge nothing. You can do that. Besides that argument makes no sense unless you’re a commodity. Which you are. There is a reason people choose tom eat McDonald’s and reason people chose to eat at JB award winning restaurants. My intellectual capital and advice is not free…one should know that cost is never an economic argument for value that you can’t offer.

How. We have several relationships with IB and M&A. 🤣 co-invest…is this serious question. I worked at $12B family office, I have top level PE conections often as the lead or other FO that have connections. We have research, if you are referencing public research, thorough CFRA, TR, and several other “independent” research firms. Secondary markets for large blocks….acess both private and public…if you think this is proprietary to access large blocks with market maker you are fooling yourself.
