This guy took $129 million a year from Christians paid hush money to cover a sex scandal, got convicted on 24 counts of fraud, did five years, then got out and went right back to selling apocalypse food buckets and fake COVID cures on TV.

And, during the 2020 election, he was telling his audience God personally told him Trump would win, that there'd be a "revolution" if Trump lost.

He spent 66 years preaching. Not one of those years stopped him from being a con artist. Let's just say televangelism and hypocrisy tend to go hand in hand. They often propagate a twisted and dangerous version of Christianity. That is something I will be discussing more on this page at a later time.

Anyway, I guess he won't need those buckets after all.

@Dividend_Ken I love CHPY, but an investment strategy that personally makes you uncomfortable is not sustainable. So, if CHPY was stressing you out, I think you made the right move. No one knows what the market will ultimately so don't beat yourself up if CHPY does well.

The price is down 26.39% since inception. The only way someone could argue otherwise is by using a peculiar definition of NAV erosion.

As far as holding the underlying, I hope they use that as their main exposure, but they may just be doing it for liquidity reasons. They may still primarily use synthetics.

@alquman @tedcruz Unfortunately, a lot of evangelical politicians will use any means to stoke fear so their voters will turn out in elections. Do not worry, a lot of Americans have realized these people are bat shit crazy and these politicians will be losing influence as a result.
