Every once in awhile I come back here to see what’s going on. Years ago I met so many incredible people who have shaped my life, helped me get into seminary, and now I’m about to graduate. I am deeply appreciative of this platform.

Today I am 39 and honestly it’s been the best year of my life so far. I don’t have a lot of words of wisdom save that, your queerness is a gift. Our collective queerness makes the world a better and more vibrant place. Queer joy is sacred and you would do well to lean into it.

Why is it multiple countries with lower GDP can provide more for their citizens?

It’s never a quick fix or decision when it comes to uplifting the lives of this countries citizens, it’s always more complicated than we think. Somehow though it is always easy to make decisions that support millionaires and billionaires or kill thousands of innocent people.

It’s always more complicated coming up with money to erase debt, provide free education or free healthcare, but never for billions of dollars of death dealing technology.

@Catholicizm1 If your faith is so fragile as to want to have a response that says bring back the IRA perhaps you should lean more into the blessed mother. Full of grace she is for our world and those who would speak against her. Those people are not hurting the blessed mother.
