@richardbranson disgraceful customer service. Asked for a service in Sept …. 3 postponed installation dates …. reimbursement of costs incurred offered after complaint but credited to a @virginmedia account that I don’t have! It’s a simple fixed I think 😡
@virginmedia Nope! I was told cheque in the post Nov 1st and now it won’t happen until I’m an active customer apparently …… after my experience ….. there’s no chance of that. So …. £100 out of pocket and absolutely no patience left 😡
@virginmedia what a disgraceful customer service you provide! 4 months and still no reimbursement. Does anyone know what they’re doing or are interested in your paying public 😡
@virginmedia Continued failure to install broadband to my address to the point that I had to cancel …. 3 postponed installation dates, numerous unhelpful phone calls and even now, after 4 months, complaints resolution agreement not fulfilled and told it won’t be!
