The Ford-Carney initiative, is officially a policy-laundering scandal.

They sold it as “helping first-time buyers”

It’s now confirmed; it’s helping the wealthy buy more rental properties.

The conspiracy theory, is real.

It’s a rebate, for ALL buyers.

1st, 2nd, 5th, 10th properties as rentals.

Investors with $20 million dollar portfolios, qualify.

There’s no income cap.

No portfolio cap.

No anti-flipping clause.

A foreign investor buying their tenth preconstruction condo gets the same $130,000 rebate as a young couple buying their first home.

It’s a $22 Billion boondoggle that’s feeding the exact people who own the rentals, renters are trying to escape from.

THIS IS NOT A POLICY FAILURE, IT’S HELPING EXACTLY WHO THEY DESIGNED IT FOR.
