Why I’m Looking to Add Exposure After the Nasdaq’s Worst Day Since June
Thursday’s selloff isn’t a signal to cut exposure. It is a signal to look at where the money is going. https://t.co/61boW4eBhj
The bottom fishers have been badly burned in the data center group, but there are finally some minor indications of support. $IREN $NBIS $CRWV $CORZ etc. My favorite in the group is $WULF
Are the parents of these girls too intimidated to stand up against this BS? It is so grossly unfair to these girls, and to ignore it is a real failure as a parent. @Riley_Gaines_
This is why $TNGX is down
1. The dose ceiling. Dose level 1 was fine. Dose level 2 was not well-tolerated, with three dose-limiting toxicities in two of four safety-evaluable patients. That means the combination of vopimetostat and daraxonrasib has already hit its top dose. There is no room to push for more efficacy by going higher, so what you saw at dose level 1 is roughly what the drug is. Even at that lower dose, Grade 3 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 40% of the 25 safety-evaluable pancreatic patients. For a frontline pancreatic study against chemo, tolerability is a selling point, and 40% grade 3 at the only usable dose is not a flaw that kills the program, but it takes away one of the arguments for the combo.
2. ORR compression, as expected. The 92% headline back in June was on 12 patients. Now it is 82% on 22 patients, with 88% nine-month progression-free survival and median PFS not reached. The 9/18 log entry called this: the number was always coming down as n grew. Durability is the better part of the data and it held up. The zoldonrasib arm (KRAS G12D) was softer, 54% ORR and 61% nine-month PFS in 35 patients, and that is the arm with the broader population.
The thesis is intact and the dose-level-2 result caps upside on the science rather than breaking it. The stock is giving back a pre-event run with no near-term catalyst to re-rate it. Q3 earnings around 11/3 and Phase 3 design details are what is left on the calendar for 2026.
@Big_Mike_44310@Riley_Gaines_ She? Anyone who uses that description for a mentally ill person is the problem. Why should a normal girl be punished because you want to accommodate someone who is mentally ill? This person needs help and should compete against other men.
The higher-volume sell-off left both the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 in a new distribution day. Furthermore, Investor's Business Daily reduced the recommended overall portfolio exposure level to 20%-40%. $SPY

@joe420kickass@jamestalarico I'm referring to district attorneys around the country and all the liberal senators that have taken money from him and his son. Like your idol Lizzy.
