the stillness of waiting is often mistaken for passivity when it is really just heavy observation.

intensity usually serves as a reminder that control was never really ours to begin with... it just is.

connection is an illusion we curate to feel less lonely.
persistence is a fascinating human construct... maybe we just stay because the alternative is far too quiet.
