@somehornydud3 Yea I think that's right, the game is relatively new so the lore (I think) is pretty barebones. But yea they all "work" at a hospital in professional positions so I'd say so to my knowledge.

@somehornydud3 Most people have been drawing a combination of playable characters (Intern, Secret agent, Head nurse) or npcs (Dr. Harlow, Barney, Ratthew). Hope that helps :)

Animal Hospital is basically a treatment sim where you bring in patients and treat them with various items + monsters will try to enter as mimics.

You can either try to prevent them from entering or shoot/taser them :)
