BROOOOO Who said the law shouldn’t apply to the Election Commission? If there’s evidence of wrongdoing, investigate it! And if protesters were beaten, investigate that too! Nobody gets a free pass, brooooo!
But Section 163 BNSS restrictions were in force around CP, and police cited public-safety concerns when denying permission for the march. That still DOESN’T give anyone the right to assault protesters!
BROOOOO Police can use reasonable and proportionate force to disperse an unlawful assembly when the legal conditions are met. Section 148 of the BNSS provides for this, but it’s NOT a licence to beat people up! Article 19(1)(b) protects the right to assemble peacefully, subject to reasonable restrictions.
The law must apply to the EC, the police, the protesters AND anyone attacking them. If lawful orders were violated, follow due process. If excessive force was used, investigate it! Accountability isn’t selective, brooooo!
@maity30139@NeueWelt12@Cockroachisback BROOOOO “CURRENT GOVT IS SHIT SCARED” — source: trust me broooo! You’ve already predicted the result of 2029, declared the government terrified, and exposed its alleged master plan! BROOOO, at least let the election happen before you start celebrating the victory parade!
@CJP_for_India EVEN IF WE DIE FIGHTING…” BROOOOO Relax, broooo! You went for a protest, not the final battle of an Avengers movie! The dialogue budget is unlimited, apparently!
@NeueWelt12@maity30139@Cockroachisback BROOOOO Congress bhi ghamand rakhti thi, agreed broooo! But did I say any party is immune to voters’ judgment?
History se lesson lena hai broooo, history ko copy-paste karke 2029 ka result predict nahi karna! Let the voters decide, broooo!
BROOOOO, what brooooo you?😂😭 The entire country is watching brooooo, but apparently the bond he signed has gone completely invisible! 🤡🇮🇳
Nobody said hoisting the Tiranga is a crime, brooooo! The question is whether he allegedly breached the conditions he agreed to follow. If the detention was unlawful, demand answers and challenge it legally!
But brooooo, carrying the Tiranga doesn’t automatically erase every legal obligation! Stop turning every detention into a dramatic “dictatorship” episode without addressing the actual circumstances!
BROOOOO, what brooooo? You’re asking why conditions exist in the first place, brooooo? Public-order conditions can be imposed to regulate an event and help maintain law and order, brooooo! The real question is whether those specific conditions were lawful and reasonable, not whether all conditions should disappear because someone wants to protest!
Democratic rights matter, brooooo, but so do lawful procedures! Challenge unfair conditions legally instead of pretending that having conditions automatically means dictatorship!
@CJP_for_India Brooooo, what brooooo you ? “Freedom from dictatorship” brooooo, while tweeting freely and criticising the government? And yes, the Tiranga is our pride brooooo, but waving it doesn’t automatically make every protest lawful or every detention dictatorship brooooo!
@FactCheckPulse@Cockroachisback Broooo, jab arguments khatam ho jaate hain na, tab gaaliyan hi syllabus mein reh jaati hain brooooo! Thoda dimaag use kar broooo, sirf keyboard pe aggression dikhane se point prove nahi hota!
BROOOOOO Anna Andolan happened in 2011, and the government changed in 2014. So now every detention is a trailer for regime change in 2029? BROOOOO, what kind of political astrology is this?
History may repeat itself, broooo, but election results aren’t decided by connecting random dots and shouting “WAIT FOR 2029!” Let the voters decide, brooooo—not your countdown timer!
Broooo, asking who got detained doesn’t answer WHY they got detained, broooo! The question isn’t whether someone carried the Tiranga; it’s whether the conditions of the bond they signed were allegedly breached. If the detention was unlawful, challenge it legally instead of pretending the national flag automatically makes every action beyond scrutiny.
The Tiranga is a symbol of our rights, broooo, not a get-out-of-legal-obligations-free card!
Broooo, who said signing a bond means you’ve used up your lifetime quota of protests? A bond doesn’t automatically ban you from protesting forever, brooo! The question is whether he breached the specific conditions he agreed to. If the police acted unlawfully, challenge it through the proper legal channels. But jumping straight from a bond to “STEP 1 OF DICTATORSHIP” is a bit dramatic, broooo.
Democracy gives you the right to protest, not a free pass to ignore lawful conditions. Both accountability and civil liberties matter
Wait, wait 😂 Didn’t the Leader of Opposition himself say, “If we continue to push the way we have in last three-four days, I guarantee this government will fall”?
What did he mean?Did he spill out your plan? Now you are here to control the damage?
Is it good? Are you following CJP scripts?
According to an NDTV report published today, Kharge remarked that the Congress and CJP (Cockroach Janta Party) are “the same” while interacting with a group of young people.
@dhruv_rathee What brooo you 😂😂 Now you and all speaking ahhh Kali Yuga brooo, KALI YUGA!
Broooo, he wasn’t detained for waving the flag broooo 😭😂 He was detained because he broke the clauses of the bond HE HIMSELF SIGNED, broooo 😭🤣
