@ARCRaidersGame I'm an ex R6S pro player and I saw that game die instantly because of the same thing and Ubisoft took a whole season just to fix this problem. Please do the same and save your game. People don't want new content if every match we play is guaranteed to have 1 or 2 hackers.

@ARCRaidersGame And I'm sure lots of other players share my decision. This game will die insanely fast if you didn't sort the hacking issue, you say you implemented denuvo anti cheat and just this morning I got matchmade with someone who hacks.

@ARCRaidersGame Take it for someone who genuinely loves your game and doesn't want it to die, forget about content, skins, new updates other than sorting out the hacking problem. I have been playing this game since launch and today I decided to stop playing.

Now wait for the big surprise, a couple of minutes back I was checking the Find My App and guess what? The Airpods Case is literally at one of Kabi Taxi Company Locations!!! (Screenshot Attached). How incompetent! (5/5)

I advised your agents that since the minute I lost the Airpods case, I could see it on the Find My App moving all around Dubai (So it's definitely in a Taxi) and I have sent you multiple screenshots through email with this (Attached in the post). (4/5)

Now, for two days I have been having calls from your agents saying that the Airpods Case was not found in the taxi and that you checked the cameras and couldn't see it (3/4)

It took me a full day to figure out how to raise a lost and found case as the IVR on the hotline says one thing and then I was advised another thing from the chat support. (2/4)

@rta_dubai I don't know how you guys handle the lost and found cases but this is becoming very frustrating, and it seems like I'm doing my job for you.

So, on the 30th of June I lost my Airpods Case in one of the Blue Roof Taxis (Kabi Taxi Company in Specific), (1/4)
