@M_Jensen23 I’ve always found the Billy Graham rule (and ideas similar to it) to be negligent of your job as a pastor. My wife wasn’t called Pastor, I was. I was also called to be faithful to my wife.
@sarakwade_23@erichoke Churches just like the one he posted are abundant in those areas, just not the big flashy ones with programs and signage. Take it from someone who has served in those environments for years
A Thread: Pomodoro with a Twist
There’s a hack I use to keep me productive for long periods of time. It’s called the Pomodoro technique. You work for 25 minutes with no distractions— I place my phone on the opposite end of the office.
After we turn about 10 years old most of us abandon the idea of playing. I’ve found that playing keeps my creative juices flowing. It helps me juggle the weight of succeeding in all of my ventures.

Whenever I’m tempted to think Christianity is a fraud because of fraudulent pastors, I’m reminded it was the religious establishment that had Jesus arrested and crucified. Wherever there is money & power gained through religious position, there will be self-interest & hypocrisy.
