@PODS so, after taking a @uhaul to your facility to empty 1 stored pod to avoid a $1K delivery fee (we were never told you charge $5.60/mi), we're NOW being told you won't even delivery the last pod to our new home, DESPITE SENDING AN EMAIL WITH THE EXACT COST TO DO SO!! 🤬 SCAM!

@PODS Why isn't it just directly stated "We charge $5.60 per mile plus a $300+ delivery fee for items you're already storing."? I've spoken with "customer service;" mostly just got the run-around. Next time I'm just dealing with U-Haul; always been honest, direct, simple

@PODS used this service to store before a move, then wanted delivery to new home (naturally); not only have we been charged multiple times within 1 month, we're now being told that'll cost another $2800 to deliver OUR things 2 hours, Cleveland to Columbus. Were told $3-400. BS

Absolutely inexcusable. We should all be informed of problems, including a plan of action to correct! I'm assuming this is a HIPAA violation, possibly open for a class action lawsuit. Anyone else want in? REQUEST YOU MEDICAL RECORDS BEFORE CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT!!

Given the amount of questions @doneadhd is getting hit with from clients not receiving their meds, a rumor of Ohio no longer having providers and clients not being informed... I'm thinking a class action lawsuit may be in order
