Very disappointed. Holiday booked through @loveholidays and currently staying at Parrotel Lagoon Resort, Sharm El Sheikh with no running water in our room since this morning.

Reception are not helping and we are 108 in the queue on your chat.

Basic facilities like water should not be an issue.

Can someone please urgently assist?

@loveholidays Yeah must have thought i was born yesterday. My issue is my original post. I get there would be an admin charge but another £700 on top of our original cost of the holiday is extortionate. So we have no choice but to go to our original destination...

@loveholidays The holiday we were proposing to change to is less than £600... it just doesn't make sense at all and would be cheaper to just forget about the first holiday and book the new one. There is a genuine reason for the change

Problem im having is the deal is still showing but when clicked through again it jumps? I cant get my head round why it does that. Its either there or not? Tried all sorts of adjustments but still seems to jump £600
