Another report of a blatant pay-for-5-star program from an @amazon seller. Customer says that when they went through the process with a 4-star review, it said they weren't eligible for the $15 gift card.

Translation: step 1: Open your purchases, step 2: Klick on the product and then on review, step 3: Post a friendly review, step 4: send us a link to your review (or a Screenshot) at the email below to get a 5€ gift card.

This video capture card boasts 4.8 stars after 3,531 @amazon ratings. Only 2 reviews from the US and the rest are international reviews for DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. It's 2021, how are we still seeing blatant fraud on this TRILLION dollar company?

Amazon should be held liable for this blatant false advertising. This product shows 4.8 stars w/ 2,926 ratings, however ZERO reviews are for this product.

After a 7-year legal battle, the court rules in favor of the plaintiff. Consumers get nothing though, and Amazon can keep on displaying false reviews.

@michaelpatron0 @spencersoper @annierpalmer I feel like I'm less likely NOT to find a card in my Amazon orders asking for a review or offering an "extended warranty". If Amazon actually took action, you would almost never see these.
