I’m furious - phone line sends me in a circle as does your Chat option on line.
I’ve paid to send a parcel, perfectly within the maximum size parameters.
I’ve been to 4 drop off points today who refuse to take it as it’s too big. I want a refund

@evrisupportline we are waiting for 3 all v overdue no updates on the tracking we cannot get any information about where they are - delivery for 2 parcels were supposedly attempted Saturday we were home so I doubt this and they were not left in the safe place

@evrisupportline can you please tell your drivers not to leave parcels just on doorsteps, and drive away without seeing that the recipient has actually received it!!! Terrible customer service, second time my mum has had a parcel just left on her doorstep and no notification.

@evrisupportline why are your delivery staff the worse? Driver buzzed, yet left parcel INFULL VIEW OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY … awful issues with VAN 33; just dumps them, leaves parcels not ment for the address and leaves them in full view ready to be stolen/rummaged through. Awful

@evrisupportline I sent 2 parcels last Saturday via my local drop off. They were sent from N Ireland to England. One parcel delivered after 4 days. The other one hasn’t got further than saying it’s been picked up 8 days in. This is all my grandchildren’s Christmas present.
