@vintedUK I’ve been informed by DPD that the parcel was damaged in transit and will not be delivered. They advised me to open a case with Vinted, but your customer service has been extremely unhelpful. My case is being ignored, my tickets keep getting closed without resolution,

Te compra el producto, cuando le llega revienta el embalaje y abre reclamacion para que la hagan el reembolso,se quede el producto y te bloquea

Every now and then, @vinted will tell me ‘sale is complete!’ and I’ll go to put the money in my bank and it’ll say ‘ha, only kidding, that sale completed weeks ago mate, got you again though, eh?’

I upgraded my private account to a Pro account on Vinted using the same email. Immediately after the upgrade, I was logged out and have been unable to access my account for over 2 weeks.
