I hadn’t tried Nimbu Pani yet because I’m just not really a minty person. Boy, was I wrong. This drink is a handful of crushed mint leaves in a glass of freshly made lemonade, with just a whisper of cumin to give it an exotic edge, all made on a long summer’s afternoon. Gorgeous

Dragons Breath from @MagicMeadWine is a good, well flavoured mead, and that’s not something you see a lot of. It’s neither too sweet nor overly heavy, but light and has a hint of warmth and gives it a deliciously medicinal edge. Very pleasant.

Extra Porter Costa Rican Coffee is a long tall glass of dark velvety beauty. It has floral top notes that fade to a caramel richness layered over a soft bitterness reminiscent of the highest percentage single origin chocolate, with a mouthfeel like silk. Utterly magnificent.
