@marlinsnetwork I understand the org has communicated about being competitive next year for playoffs. But the amount of question marks that surround this team. From the bullpen, starting pitching, the inconsistent hitting, lack of depth, no corner infielders. You can’t be serious honestly.
As a Marlins fan it gets tiring to get to the trade deadline every year to think “who’s going this time” I just want to see this team put together a real lineup. Every year watching them is a grind. Been with this team my entire life. Just want to see a team that wins. #Marlins
@FishOnFirst I just want to know when are y’all going to add that to the fish on first intro statements! That’s a good one. On a more serious note. Miami needs some serious help in the bullpen. Serious help.
@JeremiahGeiger2 Can we just talk about our bullpen…. It’s really not been great. Our first innings are trash…. Then we spend the whole game trying to catch up. For the bullpen to come in and not hold it. Then the cycle repeats itself. We need a better strategy.
@FishOnFirst Well they need to figure something out. Because at the rate to which decisions are made on the field… I’m wondering if we should be reconsidering our current manager.
@addeo_louis00 Do you think he will get it together though? I get the slow start. But is this more of a bad luck thing or could we expect better in the future?
@IsaacAzout@IsaacAzout honestly I think one thing we can all agree on is the construction of these lineups has really not been great. All for the sake of analytics and completely neglecting who is hot and who is not.
My thoughts on the crushing #Marlins loss tonight. When your Ace is 9 innings into his start. You gotta keep him in. On the other hand, if you are the bullpen…. You need to get the job done. It’s your job. It’s a shame because the fish should have had that game case closed.
New Fish On First LIVE tonight. Absolutely PACKED show coming off yet another Marlins series win and breaking down what their trade deadline strategy should be!

One sign of a depth of soul is the ability to find beauty in the mundane, to see richness in the regular rhythms, and where others see insufficiency to see the wonder of what God is doing.
@MiamiMarlins_UK I would, that way you can keep his Arb numbers cheaper. If he keeps at this rate miami won’t keep him when he goes into Arb because he will be too expensive.
@LoudMiamiFan So I see what you are saying, the key will be if all of these guys pan out. If Stowers continues to produce at this level, there’s no way the Marlins don’t consider keeping him even if it’s a few more years. Plus that’s supposed to be “contention time.”
@LoudMiamiFan Do you think, given his age, price tag, and current performance, the Marlins won't try to extend him even for a few more years? Cuz 30 years old still ain't bad, and if you have him until he is 33 years old, I think that works. It also gives time for other players to develop.
