This is one of my favorite videos of all time. As a child psychologist, it’s a perfect example of joint attention, preverbal communication, and coregulation.
The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast.
Bad conversation? Move on.
Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow.
Missed workout? Hit it the next day.
Poor decision? Learn and adjust.
You can't control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.
May be a small accomplishment to some, but I hit 100K likes on TikTok and had a video reach 80K+ views on IG Reels.
I’ve started prioritizing growing other platforms instead of solely streaming, and it’s been so fun and rewarding to learn a new side of content creation ❤️
Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada spoke about the contradictions of human nature:
“Some people dream of having a swimming pool at home, while those who have one hardly ever use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a profound sense of loss, while others often complain about their living relatives. Those without a partner long for one, while those who have one often don't appreciate it. The hungry would give anything for a meal, while the satiated complain about the taste of their food. Those without a car dream of owning one, while those who have a car are always looking for a better one.”
The key to happiness is gratitude: truly seeing and appreciating what we already have, and understanding that somewhere, someone would give anything for what we take for granted.
Bam Adebayo on the game tonight:
“It wasn't 83 tonight. It's 21. If anybody is upset, I don't care. We got the W and that's all that matter.” 🗣️✊
