How long does a false positive moderation decision stay active before an actual human being opens the file? 3 months? 6 months? Indefinitely?For nearly 90 days (since July 5th), I have been asking for a simple, 5-minute human manual review for my youtube channel (smbgtoff).

Here is why your appeal system is broken for legitimate creators:1. The "Fake Review" Standard:

YouTube claims that channel appeals are carefully evaluated by human specialists.

Yet, when I appealed my termination on July 5th, the decision was finalized in 3 minutes.

No human can inspect VR video logs, review project history, and evaluate account metadata in 3 minutes. You didn't review my appeal—your bot confirmed its own code.

2. The Wall of Ghosting: When an algorithm makes an error on non-standard creative work (like transformed VR skits), creators are locked out of every support queue. Standard forms spit out auto-generated templates, social tags go unanswered, and tickets are auto-closed to keep operational metrics clean.

3. The Unreasonable Delay: A manual review of (smbgtoff) requires less than 10 minutes of a Trust & Safety specialist's time.

Leaving a verified creator in an automated blackout for three months isn't moderation—it's a complete refusal to provide basic due process.

How long will @TeamYouTube continue to ignore my case file? All I am asking for is procedural fairness: get a real human specialist to inspect my VR content and correct this bot glitch.
