@PulseNigeria247 Kudos to Senator Ned for this.. this move is very important as it also enables users to easily sue these companies for their disregard for user rights and data protection
You are right, but we are still the ones that complain about ridiculous prices of the real estate offerings. It just pains me to see what our developers offer us here versus what the money would get you in even very much advanced countries
For example, these two houses are worth 10 billion naira ($7 million). One is located in the capital city of Nigeria, the other in the capital city of the United States. If we depend less on the so called real estate developers and build our houses instead of buying their trash, even rent would be cheaper. We allow them to buy our lands cheaply and sell it back to us 10 times over
Nigeria has lost some of her finest military officers to the guns of Boko Haram. Officers trained with tax payers money.
After watching this video clip, the
question that will forever remain on the lips of Nigerians is, should we continue to pardon Boko Haram terro▪︎▪rists?
@EmanuelOadebayo@instablog9ja Sure.. but still cheaper than ikoyi. Many celebrities are in ikoyi In semi-detached. They don’t allow pictures or videos like this lol
@darlwright77@instablog9ja Compared to those popular estates celebrities are squeezing themselves in on the island is what I’m saying.
Some of them are richer than seun, but they can’t take a picture of their homes and you know why
@instablog9ja “He died without a will, just 6 days after marrying ledward” this suggest that boseman Chadwick didn’t really care about involving his family in his estate.
He battled a prolonged disease and knew how much time he had left.
@Bluelitstik@instablog9ja And banks & fintech are one of the highest employers in Lagos at the moment.. a lot of businesses in the digital world will also see no need to employ humans anymore.. a big problem is looming and people are not even bothered
What is happening in this scene is deep global politics.. the U.S was deliberately reformed by oligarchs to make infrastructure and manufacturing very expensive and in turn influence the major part of the world that simple things like Railway 🚃 are very expensive and unnecessary infrastructure, so that everyone would be focused on building airports instead. Airports cannot facilitate the transportation of goods across continents easily, and this makes countries with natural resources look away from manufacturing products and rather focus on exporting raw materials
The people who made the U.S manufacturing expensive, also made sure to transfer that cheap manufacturing ability to China instead, so they can control global trade, infrastructure and manufacturing with a very less influential nation. However, China seized the opportunity and are now trying to spread back cheap manufacturing and infrastructure to the rest of the world in exchange for permanent resource control and Market influence.
Preaching on in the bus seams to be a public disturbance to other faith, a policy the Nigerian law makers deem as a necessity.
Can we also enforce a law banning blockage of public roads during prayers by either Muslims or Christians?
@DAVEpmdu@Odumodublvck_ That is literally a screenshot from blaqbones video when he was exposing the series of texts from Odumodu. You can find it easily by using a popular search engine called Google
@ify_odogwu05@AgbajeFela@onyekanwelue It’s sad. Actually I’ve been observing the Pan Africanism movement for years and I just decided it’s time to deconstruct the mindset of aggression, abuse and lack of direction.
