Good company, fresh air, and a hot cuppa! ๐ซ
Cycling is optional, and the rides will be adapted to the group. It is simply a chance to stretch your legs in the sun ๐
New to cycling? No problem!
Weโve got plenty of ways to help you get started, from static bikes to tandems!
Yesterday we met Luke and Dane who are cycling from Southport to Hornsea (220 miles) in under 24 hours on tandem, raising money to donate to Sight Support.
We have offered to support them where we can, and wish them the best of luck!

Last week the horticulture volunteers at Holderness House built a habitat / dead hedge.
A dead hedge has a range of ecological benefits, from providing shelter and hiding spaces for birds, insects and frogs, as well as a becoming a rich feeding ground for larger animal and birds
We have joined https://t.co/v7WvDA5ece, a new platform, listing refurbished cycles, from projects to fully serviced.
Sales will be collection only (from Trinity Market, or our workshop in Bransholme), but we hope to add a delivery service soon.
We will be adding bikes weekly!
Did you know we created a simple guide on how to cycle on UK roads?
Learn what road signs mean, how to navigate junctions and bus lanes, and more!
Available in 6 languages (more welcome with your help!)

Hereโs to creating workplaces where health is lived, not just talked about.โ๏ธโ๏ธ
Our volunteers have been fantastic (well, moreso than usual).
Transporting bikes across premises, painting walls, laying flooring; and now here they are with the first bikes produced for our Christmas Bike Sale Tour (details out soon!)
