@revomadic wouldn’t cancel order. Would not allow a return after it arrived late. Customer service does not do anything. Filing complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general’s office.

@revomadic ordered my smart cuppers on 12/23/2025. To date I have received no info on shipping. Made an inquiry to customer service and received a scripted apology. Your company was either not prepared or a scam.
