If I may get political on my main, I think someone who genuinely apologizes and makes a clear effort to rectify a mistake born of true ignorance shouldn't be someone looked at with permanent scorn. If we do that we give actual bigots more fuel to burn us.

After everything that's happened, I've decided to donate $500 to @TrevorProject to directly support the work they do for trans people.

I want to make one thing absolutely clear: bigotry and transphobia have no place in my community. I do not consider anyone spreading that kind of hate as my fan.

Some will call this performative. Others may never forgive me. And I've come to accept that.

But I refuse to let hatred and hostility surrounding this situation change what I believe in.

I'll continue standing with trans folks and the LGBTQ+ community, even if some no longer stand with me. My support was never something I expected in return. ❤️
