I went on customer service to help with almost a 2 days wait (yes I was not letting this go)
- told me to do the exact same thing
- was absence most of the "customer support"
- Told me the exact same
thing and immediately left without helping me

I had the same issue with Pitch Black, despite the set was not good, but I do like Darkrai, which is fine.
