@DharmaOutlaw_ You don't lose your games when you upgrade your computer. They transfer to the new computer, you can even move the old hard drive over so you don't have to redownload anything.

@dexdiawuo @NikTek The tools to build the game are on the PC, however the target build of the game is for the consoles. Otherwise Rockstar wouldn't need to port their games to PC with an unannounced release date and take a year to do it.
