Cheese, glorious cheese! I am a huge fan of Spanish manchego cheese. It's nutty, sweet, and always a crowd-pleaser. Throw in some Spanish marcona almonds (the rosemary ones at Trader Joe's are particularly yummy), some grapes, and ya está! Done!
