In this life,if you're tough and not soft, you're wicked...and if you're soft and not tough, you're weak...but if you balance the two well...you're strong.

MEET THE FOUNDERS OF JUSTRITE SUPERSTORES
Dr. Ayodele (Ayo) Patrick Aderinwale, MFR, and Mrs. Oluwatosin (Tosin) Temitayo Aderinwale are the co-founders of Justrite Limited (branded as Justrite Superstore), one of Nigeria’s leading indigenous supermarket chains.
Backgrounds
Dr. Ayodele Aderinwale is a businessman, development specialist, and governance expert. He was born in Osogbo, Osun State. He holds degrees in Political Science and Political Economy from the University of Lagos and has completed executive leadership programmes at Harvard University. He serves (or has served) as Executive Director of the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF) in Ota, Ogun State. He has also been involved with the African Union’s Economic, Social and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC), the African Peer Review Mechanism, and other continental efforts. He is Chairman of Justrite and has held roles on other boards (including educational institutions).
Mrs. Oluwatosin Aderinwale is co-founder and Managing Director/CEO. She has been actively involved in the business from the outset, including early retail activities such as running a boutique, and has spoken publicly about the practical challenges of starting and sustaining the enterprise (cash flow, credit, planning, and family support).
A third partner, Mrs. Omoboye Fejeku, was involved from early on and retains a smaller shareholding. In 2022, pan-African private equity firm AfricInvest took a minority stake, after which the Aderinwales each held roughly 28.3% and Fejeku the remainder. This brought governance upgrades, operational improvements, and capital for expansion.
How They Founded Justrite
Justrite began as a family response to a clear local gap. In the mid-to-late 1990s, Dr. Aderinwale spent time in exile in Accra, Ghana (roughly 1995–1998), where he and his young sons regularly walked to a proper supermarket for groceries. Upon returning to Nigeria around 1998 and settling in the Ota/Sango-Ota area of Ogun State, the family found no equivalent quality grocery options nearby—only small neighbourhood provision stores. They had to drive weekly to places such as Allen Avenue in Lagos.
Family discussions turned to starting their own supermarket. The name “Justrite” emerged during one of those conversations. With limited capital after the exile period, they secured leased premises (with advice and support from a mentor). They opened the first outlet around 2000 as a neighbourhood retail store in the Ota area, offering everyday essentials at competitive prices in a more organised format than traditional open markets or tiny provision shops.
Mrs. Aderinwale has described earlier experiences running a boutique from home (facing challenges with credit sale) and identifying the unmet need once the family was based in Ota. Planning, prayer, family input (including from their children), and mutual support between husband and wife were part of the founding story.
Justrite focused on underserved urban and peri-urban neighbourhoods (primarily Lagos, Ogun, and Osun states), using a multi-format approach (smaller mini-stores, mid-sized, and larger maxi-stores) rather than a single mega-format.
It offers groceries, household goods, clothing, and other everyday items, emphasising affordability, convenience, local sourcing, and support for domestic agricultural value chains. The company has grown into one of the larger family-originated formal retail chains in its region, creating jobs and partnering with local suppliers.
In summary, the Aderinwales turned a personal frustration with limited quality grocery access in their community into a scalable supermarket chain. Starting small in Ota with family resources, they built Justrite into a significant player in Nigeria’s organised retail sector through a focus on underserved areas, multi-format stores, operational discipline, and later institutional capital.
@Afebu3 The first JustRite store was located directly opposite Iganmode Grammar School ota, ogun state...that's where it all started..It was two shops merged into one mini supermarket back then. Beside the store was a building housing Kunle-Ola motors,a top- notch auto dealership.
May God bless us with the Spirit of discernment and wisdom to know who we should be close to but we're distant from and to know those we should distance ourselves from but we're close to.
PRAYERLESSNESS IS NOT NORMAL. IT IS A SIGN.
Child of God, hear me clearly.
There are secrets in the spirit that many people do not know, and today I want to reveal one of them to you.
Any time you suddenly lose the desire or strength to pray, it is not ordinary. It is not laziness. It is not God rejecting you. It is a warning.
It means an attack is coming.
The devil does not attack your life carelessly. He does not strike at random. The first thing he always targets is your prayer life. Because your prayer life is the engine of your destiny. Once the engine is tampered with, the whole system begins to fail.
The spiritual controls the physical.
Before your business collapses, prayer is attacked.
Before sickness shows up, prayer is attacked.
Before your marriage shakes, prayer is attacked.
Before your finances scatter, prayer is attacked.
Before your mental health is touched, prayer is attacked.
The devil always starts early. Sometimes the manifestation of the attack may be months or even years later, but the weakening of your prayer life begins long before.
So when you notice that you can no longer pray like before, do not joke with it.
Do not ignore it.
Do not tell yourself God hates you.
No.
That moment is a call to rebuild.
Start again.
Even if it is two minutes.
Even if it is three minutes.
Even if it is twenty minutes.
Start again and build yourself back up.
Have you noticed that you can be active all day, but once it is time for midnight prayer, weakness suddenly comes? That is not normal. Something is happening in the realm of the spirit.
When this begins to happen, do not isolate yourself. Look for other genuine children of God. Pray together. Stand together. Build one another. Iron sharpens iron, and two are better than one.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on your destiny.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on your calling.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on everything connected to you.
ADDITIONAL SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS YOU MUST NOT IGNORE
One thing many believers do not realize is this. The enemy does not fight what is not dangerous. If your prayer life is being resisted, it is because your prayers are effective and feared in the realm of the spirit.
Also understand this. Spiritual dryness is not always a sign of weakness. Sometimes it is proof that you are crossing into a deeper level where resistance increases.
Never wait to feel strong before you pray. Strength comes because you prayed, not before you prayed.
Consistency is more powerful than intensity. Ten minutes every day can carry more spiritual weight than one long prayer done once in a while.
Learn to pray even when your emotions are silent. God answers obedience, not feelings.
And finally, when prayer becomes difficult, reduce distractions. Less noise in your environment creates more sensitivity in your spirit.
Child of God, stay alert.
Stay prayerful.
Stay guarded.
Your destiny depends on it.
Today, I pray for you.
Anything assigned to quench your prayer life, may the God of heaven and earth destroy it in the name of Jesus Christ.
Receive fresh strength to pray.
Receive grace to stand in the gap.
Receive power to intercede.
It is well with you.
If this message blessed you, help me spread it.
Share it with someone who needs to hear this.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE.
Dear parents,
If you have a child who is in their teenage ages, please start observing their tongue.
Especially your daughters, once you start noticing constant colour on their tongue ranging from blue, yellow, green and orange colour especially, just know that your daughter is already into a drug called molly.
Molly gives excitement,it unnecessarily gives joy like early madness. It feels like someone is tickling you.
Once Molly starts manifesting, any man who touches your daughter who has just finished taking it can sex her sumptuously.
Campuses and even the streets are dens of Molly currently.
A lot of female students are selling it as a business.
Molly (MDMA) Illicit Substance
Molly (MDMA) is an illegal drug and its price is not regulated by formal markets.
In one account a dose of "Molly" in Nigeria was reported to cost approximately ₦25,000 in 2022.
Today,it is cheaper and available on the streets and campuses at ₦2k,₦5k and ₦10k.
Method of consumption, some lick it like regular vitamin C,others grind it,mold it and drop it on their tongue gradually and some dissolve it into a bottle of water.
It is ravaging young girls and boys currently.
The painful thing is that once your body gets adapted to Molly, you will start looking for other drugs like barky or Crack to improve its potency before you say,Jack, your child will become a former human being.
Let us raise our voices and fight this collectively.
We can moderate it,we can help some of them out of it.
Just visit the psychiatric sections today, your girlfriend may be there but you think she is not answering your calls.
Thank you and God continue to bless us and keep guilding our youths....
Drug abuse is terrible.
