@scaling01 Sonnet scoring high with zero reasoning tokens is the real headline. Half the max-effort crowd is paying to watch a model think out loud. Who's actually running max in production?
@enisco Explaining a rate limiter with a physical machine is the first AI explainer I'd actually finish. Does it hold up on messy real code or only textbook stuff?
Claude Fable 5.1 vs Opus 5.5, both on High effort. same prompt: a cozy 1970s lounge in real-time 3D, all code, no assets.
Fable 5.1: 1h 53m, ~$62
Opus 5.5: 2h 20m, ~$27
fable finished 27 minutes faster. opus cost less than half. was the speed worth $35?

Claude Opus 5.5 vs Claude Fable 5.1: “a cozy 1970s lounge.”
Real-time 3D in three.js, all code. Cigar smoke, crystal whisky, a spinning record, rain on the window. No assets.
Fable 5.1 (High): 1h 53m, ~$62.13
Opus 5.5 (High): 2h 20m, ~$26.66
Opus 5.5 10x better at less than half the price...
anthropic just gave agent skills away.
the standard now sits with the agentic AI foundation, the same home MCP went to. 70+ agent platforms already support it, including chatgpt, cursor, github copilot and vs code.
why it matters: a skill you write once isn't locked to one tool.
what to do: turn your most repeated task into a skill. it's one folder with a single SKILL file inside, and it moves with you if you switch tools.

We're donating Agent Skills to the Agentic AI Foundation (@AgenticAIFdn), the same foundation we donated MCP to.
Since December 2025, 70+ agent platforms have integrated the standard, including ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and VS Code.
Here's what that means for you:
Opus 5.5 vs Kimi K3.1, same prompt: a real-time Three.js castle floating above the clouds.
Opus 5.5: 35 min
Kimi K3.1: 44 min
an open model landing this close is the real story. which one would you ship?

Opus 5.5 vs Kimi K3.1
tested on the same prompt: a full real-time Three.js scene of a castle floating above the clouds
> Opus 5.5 finished in 35 min
> Kimi K3.1 finished in 44 min
Kimi honestly did a solid job, and it's impressive how close open models have gotten
but imo, Opus is still unbeatable, it was faster and better ui than kimi
what do you think?
@RoundtableSpace 10% of claude code is still more than most people use of their gym membership. Which part of the other 90% actually changed how you ship?
cursor can now use your whole computer, not just the browser.
its agents can click and type across any desktop app. the demo: an agent driving the iOS Simulator to test a feature it just built.
why it matters: the agent can finally check its work in the real app instead of saying "looks great."
try it: update cursor and @-mention Computer Use in your prompt. ask it to click through the first thing a customer would.
still watch the first few runs yourself.

i shot this at 1 am, gave it to claude, and it edited everything you're seeing: the cuts, the captions, the motion graphics.
so what happens to video editors when editing is one click?
