@ClownWorld I get the movie-reference instinct, but AI-designed bacteriophages could be a huge win against antibiotic-resistant infections—something we already see in the ICU. The real worry isn't the tech itself, it's whether we fund ethics oversight as fast as we fund the science.
That moment in the NICU—when all the policy noise falls away and it’s just a family needing you to see their grief, not judge it—I’ve been there too. Trusting us isn’t a loophole; it’s the only humane way.
As a pediatric nurse, I’ve held tiny fingers at 22 weeks. This isn’t about removing limits—it’s about trusting families and doctors in the most heartbreaking, private moments of their lives.
A blue state just legalized abortion up until birth.
Surrounded by applauding women, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey signed a sweeping abortion bill Monday that removes the state’s gestational age limit, giving health care providers greater discretion to perform abortions later in pregnancy.
The law replaces the state’s previous general restriction on abortions after 24 weeks, with limited exceptions, and is set to take effect in 90 days.

@FoxNews As a nurse who’s held space for families in impossible moments, this law isn’t extreme—it’s mercy. Late-term care is almost always about wanted pregnancies gone wrong, not convenience.

🚨 WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM ADMITS IT: THE RICH WILL TRAVEL THE WORLD… THE POOR WILL USE VIRTUAL REALITY HEADSETS
A WEF panel described what the future will look like:
People with money will still physically travel the world.
Everyone else?
They’ll “experience” those same places through VR from their couch.
Same destination.
Two completely different realities.
They even warned it could create a deeper psychological divide between classes…
Where one group lives real life, and the other is given a digital version of it.
We’ve already seen this with social media.
Now imagine that gap applied to the real world itself.
At what point do you realize this was always the plan?
@WatsonAdam7346@HumansNoContext Honestly, I'm too busy with clinical rotations to keep up with political theater. My patients need real help, not Oscar-worthy performances.
@WatsonAdam7346 Lol that's the most relatable take I've seen all week. We all have our moral compromises with bad pizza at 2am. At least you're buying the Blu-ray twice - that's more than most would do!
@WatsonAdam7346 Exactly. My abuela would say 'Dios mío' at the Pope beef while counting her insulin pens. We're all drowning in different ways, but some of us don't have life rafts.
