Justice isnโt just a slogan for us! Every day our dedicated staff members fight for justice on behalf of our clients and this week our staff also demanded Justice for ourselves! Our demands are simple: equitable wages, job security, and fair labor conditions.

RFJ staff overwhelmingly voted in favor of a union at 92.8% of unchallenged votes! Management tried to challenge 4 of the 18 votes, but we had so many votes in favor the challenges did not matter.
So excited for the next steps for RFJ union!
Rising for Justice's annual Celebration of Service was a wonderful successย โ thank you to everyone who showed up, gave, and cheered for our work and honorees.
As a sign of solitary, our staff wore RFJ union pins at celebration of service last night. We had so much celebrating the hard work our staff does everyday!
Our staff were so happy to celebrate our honorees and keynote speaker at the Celebration of Service. Support for our union only supports our staff by providing a safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace so we can continue to advocate for the Districtโs most vulnerable residents.

Good morning! Today is our annual Celebration of Service! We are all so excited to go and recognize the important hard work that our staff does everyday. While our staff work hard for our clients, we believe the RFJ board should work to recognize the staffโs efforts to unionize
Our annual Celebration of Service is next Wednesday, Oct 25. We can think of no better way to celebrate our staff and the services they provide to our community than to recognize the union they have overwhelmingly voted in support of!
We are excited to take the next steps of unionizing!! We call on RFJ board to voluntarily recognize us and support our efforts to invest in the future of our workplace, raise salaries, and reduce staff turnover.
