Still waiting, no sign of a plane and no customer service representatives to communicate what is going on. Last we were told we were delayed to 8:45 but it’s been crickets since. This flight was set to leave at 7 btw

Never booked with American Airlines before but first time I do and I have a 2 hour and still ongoing delay.

Nearly everyone I know has had an exceptionally bad experience with them so I guess I have my American airline story to tell lol. PSA Don’t fly with them. @AmericanAir
