You can't reconcile these two facts:

Enforcement officers use truck-mounted camera systems (at least two trucks, each with cameras on both sides) that scan plates as they patrol lots. These have been in use since at least 2014. The system beeps for potential violations, and officers follow up manually. This is a dedicated LPR (License Plate Recognition) setup for enforcement, not general security."

Lies will not stand. You cannot see anything on those videos. If there were clear footage, it would have been played months ago at the time of the murder. No credible evidence whatsoever. No good DNA, bullets don't match, Lance cannot confirm ID. Weird timelines, texts. How much$?
