@hotstar_helps I have DMed you. Please do not send link of a FAQ or hotstar support as it is useless.Your support team is not even making efforts to check the transaction id mentioned in payment screenshot on the support tickets and keep sending the same customized computer generated response.

@DisneyPlusHS I purchased hotstar premium membership in March'21 and have payment proofs/screenshot/transaction id etc but all of a sudden since a week or so after I login to my account I am being asked to pay again for premium membership.

I do not even see transaction record in hotstar account but fortunately I had captured a screenshot of transactions last month.I have written multiple times to hotstar helpdesk and raised lot of tickets forget resolution your engineers are not even able to undersstand my issue.
