I had ordered tthroigh zomato four items out of which 3 items were wrong products. I spent Rs . 217.69 for it and they are only refunding Rs 101.35 to me. What sinahppening here and I cant connect with a customer service throught the chat. @zomato @zomatocare @Zomato_india

@popeyes_india has the worst service in the MG Road, Kochi store. Iplaced an order at 8:59 pm on 5th Apr. it has been 11:04 pm now and it still has not been delivered. I called the store half an hour after olacing the order and they have been saying it will teach in 10 min

So even after two months of taising return request and cancelling it every time even after delivering wrong product and i even reordered the product again expecting they would pick up thw wrongly delivered one, and finally picked them up & now they are telling me it is not the

You guys have more than usual time again and it has been a month since u haven’t picked up the wrong product deleivered & now u have canceled the return too… I have spent double the amount by buying it again. Verification u guys do is to cancel the return not check. @AJIOLife

I had requested for a return beacuse a wrong product was delivered to me. I reordered it immediately when they aaid exchange wasn’t possible & immediately made a return believing they would pick it up and no one has picked it up for a month. @AJIOLife
