Former Mossad Director Yossi Cohen has been officially appointed as the President of the Scientific Advisory Board for Nasdaq-listed Quantum X Labs (NASDAQ: QXL). Following the corporate announcement on Tuesday, the company's stock surged by approximately 14% during trading. In his new leadership role, Cohen will dictate the company's strategic and commercial direction across a broad spectrum of advanced quantum technologies, including quantum computing, quantum error correction, quantum software, quantum cyber, and quantum sensing.
As President of the board, Cohen will oversee and collaborate with an esteemed panel of senior Israeli academics, including Prof. Oren Kurland from the Technion and Prof. Oren Raz from the Weizmann Institute of Science, to align the company's scientific breakthroughs with viable commercial applications.
